Setting up the new home phone program, from a back end perspective. This included setting up new customer accounts, changing phone numbers, transferring accounts and improving the home phone automated messages across Canada. I also worked on setting up internet installation appointments, checking for internet coverage, and internet platform changes. Additionally, I helped out the Sales department by analyzing data to discover the main source of new customers, and creating presentations about how to have the most successful sales calls.
